In reply to being asked how come Standard Bank appointed InvestorData for data provision ...
It all started with a Standard Bank client that was really peeved at the bad service he received from another download vendor. He was referred to us and, logically, monitored our interaction in getting him operational, to compare the two experiences from enquiry to subscription. He was so taken with the difference in experience, that he urged Standard Bank to contemplate switching to us as a data provider and urged us to make contact with Standard Bank as he felt they were doing a dis-service to their clients in not referring people to us. Following a really stirling referral from the JSE, they appointed InvestorData and here we are.
